Zotero Connector on Chrome browser as an efficient way to collect references for bibliography

I recently discovered that Zotero Connector on Google Chrome browser is an efficient way to collect references and citation for the building of a bibliography database in scientific and social sciences research.

Previously, one would need to click on “export citations” on a journal article’s webpage to start the process of collecting the article’s citation information. But, with Zotero, a free reference manager, one is able to collect all the citation information of an article with the click of a button of the Zotero Connector addon to the Chrome Browser. The addon is available on the Chrome webstore.

After collection, the citation information is collected in the library of Zotero, even if the application is not switch on, and is available for use at a later date. Zotero is available at www.zotero.org and the connector is available in the Chrome webstore:
